This leadership assessment tool will walk you through 15 questions to assess how effectively the subject (whether that’s you or someone else) demonstrates different attributes as both an individual AND as a leader.

On each page, you are asked to place a marker on the 2 x 2 grid that best represents your answer. You will also have the option to add comments for each of the 15 questions if you so desire.

At the end of the assessment, you will type in your name and the name of the person you are assessing if you wish to submit your answers to Witting Partners for analysis (or if you have been asked to complete this assessment as part of a coaching program).

You do NOT have to submit this assessment to Witting Partners or provide any personal information to view a summary of your answers; and you can complete as many of these assessments as you wish.
